Your order will be shipped. This automatically entails (when ordering multiple items) that the longest delivery term determines. This delivery time is stated on each website on our website. Also, the delivery time can be found in your confirmation email. If you would like a partial delivery (NL and BE), we will charge Euro 7.95 additional cost per share price below EUR 75.00. Order confirmation

If you place an order with us, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation from us by email. Usually this happens within a few minutes. If after 3 hours you have not received any email from us, it may be that something went wrong with one of our servers. We, too, have not received confirmation. You can safely place your order again. In that case, please mention that it is probably a double order. In case of a double order we always contact you before you execute it.

Delivery

When you place an order with our webshop you can indicate how the delivery must take place: 
pick up in our warehouse / showroom in Maastricht (Berenpop tiles and plumbing BV) 
delivered to your home. (click here for delivery costs ) 
When you have indicated that you wish to pick up the goods on a certain day, we will indicate in the order confirmation whether we can meet your request or from which day the goods are available. 
If you have indicated a specific desired delivery date during the order, it will be clear from the order confirmation whether we can comply with this (whether all items are in stock).

As a rule, we deliver an order completely to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. 
At your request, however, we can deliver in parts ( partial delivery ), in which extra shipping costs will be charged.

Partial delivery

Orders are shipped completely. 
This automatically means (when ordering multiple items) that the longest delivery period is decisive. If you want a partial delivery, we charge € 7.95 extra costs per partial delivery under € 75.00 
If the amount of the partial delivery exceeds 75.00, then this partial delivery will be sent free of charge.

Way of delivery

If you have chosen to deliver at home, there are a number of possibilities:

  • Your order has been sent via parcel service
    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a "no home card" will be left behind.
    A second delivery attempt will then automatically follow.
    If there is no one at home, you will receive a second "no home card".
    You then have 5 days to pick up the package at the nearest parcel shop (address is on card). Then the package comes back to us.
    On the day of delivery you can of course state on a note at the front door that the package can be delivered to the neighbors of house number...
    Of course these neighbors sign for receipt.

  • Your order has been sent via our carrier 
    You will receive an e-mail the evening before the delivery day with the day part of delivery (blocks of 3 hours). This, of course, subject to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic jams and engine trouble. 
    The truck will park as short as possible at the delivery address and the goods will be unloaded next to the vehicle. 
    The goods are delivered (if necessary) on a euro pallet. 
    We calculate a deposit for this. 
    You can return this euro pallet to your local pallet dealer.

You will receive an email on the day before delivery of us stating the shipping method.

New service: 
On the day of shipment you will receive an email with a track and trace link. This way you can use the internet where your package is located. In general, GLS delivers its package within 24 hours. (abroad 2 to 3 working days).

  • Pick up / Parcel Shop as an alternative delivery address 
    It is possible that our GLS driver can not deliver a package to a delivery address, for example because the recipient is not at home. In order to give you the opportunity to get your package quickly in your possession, you can choose to have it delivered to the nearest Parcel Shop. This way you or a person authorized by you can pick up the package at your convenience. A package will only be given on presentation of the Not Home Message or e-mail confirmation and a valid proof of identity. The package must be picked up at the Parcel Shop within five working days. If the package is not picked up, the GLS driver will take it back and the package will be returned to the sender.

  • FlexDelivery Service from GLS Netherlands. 
    Once a package has been ordered, the recipient receives an e-mail with the planned day with a time window of three hours. If the recipient knows in advance not to be at home, then there are two possibilities. Send the package to a GLS package shop and collect it when it suits, or have the package delivered to your home within five working days. If the package is delivered, but there is no one at home, the recipient can again adjust the delivery by e-mail. The package can be delivered another day, delivered to the neighbors, delivery to a GLS depot or pick-up in a package shop of your choice. The service is available to each individual recipient of GLS packages, provided that the sender also provides the addressee's e-mail address in the shipment details in addition to the delivery address.

  • If we have your order in stock, you usually have this order within 1 to 3 working days (the delivery indication is listed for each item).
  • If we do not have your order (partially) in stock, but our supplier does, you can count on a delivery time of about 2 to 4 working days (with each article the delivery indication is mentioned).
     

If our supplier does not have the order in stock, then the delivery time can vary between 1 and 6 weeks (the delivery indication is listed for each item). 
Approximately 95% of our range is available within 4 working days. If you order an item, of which it later appears, that the delivery time is too long, you can, after consultation with us, cancel the order without extra costs. If you have already made the payment in this case, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account. If the delivery time is longer than 4 working days we will inform you of this. You can fill in our contact form here. We will answer you within 24 hours on questions about your order. Please include your name on which has been ordered, place, zip code and possibly telephone number. 
Timely ordering is of course the best way to have the materials in-house according to your schedule. 
You can also order on demand. You indicate when you want to call the materials. By mutual agreement we determine whether, and if so how much we ask for as a down payment. Of course we would like to hear changes in the time of call.

CANCEL

Cancellation of an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been sent. 
If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If Berenpop tiles and plumbing BV has already received a payment from you, we will return the purchase price to you after good receipt of the return shipment. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and leave it unopened by the delivery person).

RETURN / COOLING PERIOD

As a consumer you have a cooling-off period of 14 working days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of delivery. 
Exceptions include personalized products / customization. 
The product can only:

  1. O n used
  2. O riginal packaging
  3. Unpacked packaging
  4. Unfinished packaging
  5. On time within 14 days of delivery

An Outlet order can NOT return.

Do you want to return the entire order? Items that have already been received must be returned to the return address below. Berenpop tiles and sanitair BV will refund the purchase price to the account with which you made the payment. 
The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense. The shipping costs are also at your expense when you return part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order that you have returned will be refunded to you. 
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made known to Berenpop tiles and sanitair BV in writing. 
Please use our return form for this. Please mention here in any case your full name and order number and the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. 
To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason. You are, of course, compliant with the law on distance purchasing not required. We also need your IBAN bank account number for repaying already paid amounts (in advance). 
Please note: the account number you specify for the reimbursement must be the same as the account number for which you made the payment to Berenpop tiles and sanitair BV. 
This because of possible fraud with refunds. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after return receipt of the return shipment.
